Legal
Privacy Policy
Nerve Core Zone takes the privacy of visitors and customers seriously. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how it is used, and the rights you have in relation to it. It applies to all interactions with this website and our services. Last reviewed: July 2025.
1. What personal data we collect
-
Contact details — your name, email address, and any other information you provide when filling in the contact form on this website.
-
Usage data — pages visited, time spent on the site, and general browser and device information, collected through analytics tools where consent has been given.
-
Cookie preferences — your cookie consent selections are stored locally in your browser to remember your choices across visits.
-
Communication records — if you contact us by email or through the form, we retain those messages to manage our response and any ongoing service relationship.
Legal basis: legitimate interests, consent, and performance of a contract depending on the type of processing. Data is not collected from individuals under 16.
2. How we use your data
-
To respond to enquiries and arrange cleaning sessions — the primary reason most data is collected.
-
To improve the website based on how visitors use it, where analytics consent has been granted.
-
To send service-related communications — confirmation messages, session notes, or follow-up contact relevant to a booking.
-
We do not sell personal data to third parties, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without explicit consent.
Retention: contact and booking data is kept for as long as the service relationship is active, plus a reasonable period thereafter. Analytics data follows the retention settings of the relevant tool.
3. Third-party tools and data sharing
-
Analytics — where analytics cookies are accepted, anonymised usage data may be shared with Google Analytics. This is subject to your consent choices and can be withdrawn at any time.
-
Advertising networks — where advertising consent is given, data may be shared with advertising platforms for measurement and attribution purposes.
-
No personal data is shared with third parties for their independent marketing purposes. Data shared with service providers is limited to what is needed for the specific function.
4. How we protect your data
-
This website uses HTTPS to encrypt data in transit. Contact form submissions are handled over secure connections.
-
Access to customer data is restricted to personnel who need it to manage service enquiries and bookings.
-
In the event of a data breach that poses a risk to individuals, affected parties and relevant authorities will be notified without undue delay.
-
Data is not stored longer than necessary. Contact records are reviewed periodically and removed when no longer relevant to an active relationship.
5. Your rights
-
Access — you may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you at any time.
-
Rectification — if any information we hold is inaccurate or incomplete, you can ask us to correct it.
-
Erasure — you may ask us to delete your personal data, subject to any legal obligations that require us to retain certain records.
-
Portability — where processing is based on consent or contract, you may request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
-
Objection — you have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to withdraw consent where consent was the basis for processing.
To exercise any of these rights, use the contact form on our Contact page. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and no later than required by applicable law.
