During a session, our staff must be able to work in a safe environment. You are responsible for ensuring that the property is reasonably safe and free of known hazards at the time of the visit.

Any verbal or written communication with Nerve Core Zone staff must remain respectful. We reserve the right to discontinue services if conduct is found to be abusive or threatening.

You are responsible for ensuring that arranging cleaning services at the property in question does not violate any lease agreement, building rules, or other obligations to a landlord or management body.

You agree to indemnify Nerve Core Zone against any claims, losses, or expenses arising from inaccurate information you have provided or from breaches of these terms on your part.

You are responsible for securing any valuables, fragile items, or sensitive materials before a session begins. Nerve Core Zone is not liable for items that were not disclosed in advance as requiring special care.

You must comply with all applicable Japanese laws and regulations in relation to your use of our services and this website.

The information on this website is provided in good faith but without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that all content is error-free, complete, or current at any given time.

Nerve Core Zone is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of this site or our services, except where such liability cannot be excluded under Japanese law.

Before pursuing any formal dispute, we ask that you contact us first. Most concerns can be resolved more quickly and satisfactorily through direct communication.

If any clause in these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining clauses continue in full effect. The unenforceability of one clause does not invalidate the rest.
