Terms of Service
These terms govern access to and use of the Nerve Core Zone website and the cleaning services we provide. By using this site or booking a session, you agree to the terms set out below. Please read them before proceeding. Last updated: June 2025.
Japan Act on Protection of Personal Information (APPI)
Nerve Corezone operates in compliance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (個人情報の保護に関する法律), as amended in April 2022. As an entity providing home cleaning services from our office at 〒604-8152 Kyoto, Kyoto-shi, Nakagyo-ku, Karasumadori-Sanjo-Kudaru 1-9-22, we are classified as a personal information handling business operator under the Act.
When you submit a request through our contact form or arrange cleaning appointments, we process only the categories of data described in this policy. We do not transfer personal information to third parties without your prior consent except where required by Japanese law, where necessary for the protection of human life, health or property, or where cooperating with national or local government authorities carrying out affairs prescribed by law.
Under the APPI, you have the right to request disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, cessation of use, or cessation of provision to third parties of your retained personal data. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at +81 75-221-8567 or through our contact page. We will respond within a reasonable period, not exceeding two weeks from receipt of your request.
Records relating to service scheduling are retained for 3 years from the last completed service appointment, after which they are securely deleted. Cookie consent preferences are stored in your browser and may be cleared at any time through your browser settings.
1. Use of this website

This site is intended for individuals and households seeking home cleaning services in Kyoto. Commercial use or scraping of content is not permitted without written permission.

You may use the contact form to enquire about services, request a booking, or ask general questions. Submissions should be genuine and relevant to the services offered.

Any content on this site — written copy, images, and design — belongs to Nerve Core Zone and may not be reproduced without permission.

You agree not to use the site in any way that disrupts its normal operation, introduces harmful code, or misrepresents your identity or purpose.
2. Booking and service terms

A booking is considered confirmed only once both parties have agreed in writing on the session type, date, and pricing. The contact form submission alone does not constitute a binding booking.

Services are carried out at the address provided by the customer. Access to the property must be available at the agreed time. Where access is not possible, additional scheduling may incur a fee.

Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee at our discretion. We will always communicate this clearly before confirming a booking.

Prices listed on this website are in Japanese Yen (JPY) and are subject to change. The price confirmed in writing at the time of booking applies to that session.
3. Service availability and modifications

Services are available in Kyoto city and surrounding areas at our discretion. We do not guarantee availability at all times or for all property types.

We reserve the right to decline a booking or end a service relationship at any time if we determine the conditions are unsuitable, unsafe, or outside the scope of what we offer.

The session types and prices described on this website may be updated over time. We will communicate any changes to existing customers with reasonable notice.

In cases of illness, adverse weather, or other circumstances outside our control, we may need to reschedule a session. We will contact you as early as possible if this occurs.
4. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, images, and design — is the property of Nerve Core Zone unless otherwise noted. No portion may be copied or distributed without prior written consent.

Any materials you send to us — such as photographs of your home to describe the space — remain your property. We will not share them with third parties or use them beyond the scope of your enquiry.
5. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will indicate the revision date at the top of this page.
