Sessions, not packages
Each of the three sessions below is designed around a specific situation. They can be arranged as standalone visits or, for the fortnightly option, as a continuing arrangement. If you're unsure which fits, the descriptions below should help — and you're welcome to write to us with questions.
Service 01
Bathroom and Washroom Care
¥14,500 · 2–3 hours
A focused session for bathrooms dealing with limescale on glass and fittings, mould in sealant lines, and build-up in drain traps and ventilation covers. Products are selected for the specific surface — not a single general cleaner applied across everything.
Suited to homes in areas with harder water and to units where ventilation is limited. A preventative treatment is applied to sealant lines at the end of the session, and notes are left on any seal that may need replacement.

Service 02
Fortnightly Household Visit
¥16,000 · 2.5 hours
A settled arrangement in which the same team attends every second week. Standard coverage includes kitchen, bathroom, living room, corridors and entrance. Intended for residents who manage day-to-day tidiness themselves and want support with the rest.
The checklist is defined by the household, and a rotating focus area is agreed each month so different parts of the home receive deeper attention across the year. A written record is left after each attendance.

Traditional Property Care
¥28,000 · 5 hours
A session shaped for older townhouses and residences with tatami rooms, wooden thresholds, paper screens and lacquered fittings — surfaces where standard products and methods are unsuitable. Work proceeds with dry methods where moisture would cause harm, and with humidity taken into account throughout.
Appropriate for machiya properties and older family homes in the city. Includes assessment of paper panel and tatami condition with notes where replacement may be advisable.
